Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Arcline you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Arcline provides global eSIM data connectivity on a pay-as-you-go basis. Once installed, your eSIM works in 190+ countries.

You are billed per gigabyte of traffic at the country's rate; there are no fixed-term plans and no roaming charges.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract under applicable law.

You agree to provide a valid email address and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Pricing and payment

Tariffs are displayed in US dollars per gigabyte. Rates may change; the rate at the time of consumption applies.

Top-ups are non-refundable once the eSIM has been installed and the balance has been used or partially used. Unused balance remains on your account and does not expire.

Payments are processed by Stripe (cards) and Cryptomus (crypto). Both providers may apply their own fees and verification rules.

5. Bonus credit

For top-ups starting at $50 we add $1 of bonus credit per $25 paid. Bonus is added to your balance and consumed first when you use data.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for illegal activity, harassment, intellectual property infringement, distribution of malware, abusive traffic, or circumvention of our security measures.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

7. Compatibility and installation

You are responsible for verifying that your device supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked. We provide installation instructions but cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices, carriers, or regions.

8. Service availability

Arcline depends on third-party mobile networks. Coverage, speed, and quality vary by country and operator. We do not provide a guaranteed level of service and are not liable for temporary outages.

9. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, fail required compliance checks, or remain inactive for an extended period.

Remaining balance at termination may be refunded at our discretion, subject to anti-fraud checks.

10. Intellectual property

Arcline, the brand, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Changes to the service or terms

We may modify the service or these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to your registered email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of incorporation of the operating entity. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of that country, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to a local court.
